About Krissy Allori Photography

Hi. This is me. Except, I promise I will not look like this when you meet me. It is a rare occasion to see me all dolled up like this, but its the most recent photo of me that I have.

I am an on location custom photographer specializing in families, high school seniors, engagements, and weddings. I am based in Portland, OR, but I make frequent trips to Orange County, CA, as well as Seattle, WA.

Enjoy your visit through my blog and head on over to my website when you are done to learn more. I would love the opportunity to take your photos so be sure to contact me.

Nathanael | Portland High School Senior Portrait Photographer

The start of summer means a lot of wonderful things. It means fresh local produce. It means the fountains are on at the park. It means that allergy season will be over soon. I hope. It means that I have a valid reason for eating ice cream almost every day. You know, cuz its hot out and stuff. It means that it doesn’t get dark until 10pm which is cool because I’m usually in bed by 9pm. And it means that I’m about to get very VERY very busy. The start of summer is the start of wedding season. Its when people can start venturing out without too much fear of rain for family photos. And it’s the start of Senior Portrait season for the class of 2013.

What better way to kick off the season than with photos of my stepson. Holy cow. I can’t believe this kid is almost an adult. This kid was in kindergarten when I met him. What the heck happened? He’s tall. He has a deep voice. He’s more interested in girls than anything else. He has hair on his legs. I can no longer spell out words I don’t want him to hear. This kid is no longer a kid. I’m finally able to see what the parents of my seniors I photograph are feeling.

One of my favorite shots:

Do you get the feeling he’s a big goof?

I grouped all of his GQ poses together for the ladies.

He was practicing his loose interpretation of his Captain Jack Sparrow walk.

Another one of my favorite shots. How lucky did I get – he’s mid-air, totally in focus, and I barely managed not to cut his fingers out of the photo.

Yep, he’s dancing. There was no music, but he was dancing.

Funny – all the shots of him on his way back down from the jump had his tie in his face. Had to catch a good one of him moving up in the air.

The sun finally made an appearance as we pulled into the driveway. I love backlight.

I can be pretty boring.

And these are the embarassing shots I took to make him laugh and I promised not to show on my blog [insert evil grin].

Great photos and lot’s of different poses, especially the ones on the train tracks. N seems so calm. Many of those expressions I’ve seen him make before, but there were some new more confident looks as well. Nice touch with the hat. It looks like the one I bought for Noah.
