I am still in awe of the amazing colors we got with this session. So many of their photos turned out. I can’t wait to hear which ones they like best. I have my favorites…

This one is my favorite one of the whole family.

If only they could stay this little forever…

Things just don’t get much better than a one year old, a cake, and a camera. Its always such a blast to see how they react. Some babies love to get messy, some aren’t interested at all. This little man wanted to crawl away every time we plopped him down in front of that beautiful cake. That is, of course, until he finally got a taste.

Happy first birthday, Noah Bear!!!

The beautiful cake was made by the incredible Katy Fackler.
(my apologies for the watermark posted all over the picture – i just wouldn’t want anyone to copy this picture and claim all of his cuteness as their own)

I had the opportunity to shoot a beautiful family today with just the sweetest 7 month old boy. This mommy is extra special because she delivered my two babies! Their little guy did great putting up with my camera and only stopped having fun when we laid him down on the wet leaves. We really lucked out with the weather and not only got a break from the rain, but enjoyed some beautiful light. I got a ton of great photos from this session and can’t wait to finish editing them. The fall colors just pop!

I have lots of stuff to add to the blog… I’m just in the process of converting everything over to a new and improved blog. Updating will continue soon. :)

This was my first attempt at getting a shot of the moon. I actually used my 105mm macro lens. I thought for sure I would have needed a 300mm zoom, but I think it turned out pretty cool!
